Over time, I have realized how draining it is to be critical of yourself, and I’ve been able to quiet my own self critic through slogans that help me change my thought patterns. Putting these slogans on t-shirts, in my own handwriting is the best way that I can remind myself to quiet down my inner critic and be my own friend! I have found that these slogans and t-shirts can be helpful to others also.
